Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via trackable Royal Mail postage (Either 1st Class Recorded as standard or Next Day Delivery via Special Delivery) Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. All items are carefully packed and protected for both UK and International orders.
Returns:
Please notify us within 48 hours of recieving your Golly Galoshes, if you wish to exchange or return. We will refund any unworn, unused Golly Galoshes that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by trackable post within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned with all the original packaging and information.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on dirty/used gaiters that have been used unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. When trying on the gaiter, we recommend that you put a thin bandage on before putting the gaiter on in a dry and clean environment.
If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing.
For International Returns
Please notify us on email within 48 hours of receiving your Golly Galoses, if you wish to exchange or refund. We will refund any purchase from our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 30 days of receipt. International purchases can only be returned by trackable post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for items going astray.
